Coach Dan

Coach Dan Speaks:

Basketball players can increase their accuracy with basketball shooting drills. One of the most effective ways to do so is to challenge yourself by attempting as many shots in a row as you can make. The goal is to set a challenging number: if you are in middle school, shoot for 10; high schoolers, aim for 20; and college or above, try to make 30 consecutive shots! Once you reach your target, take note of your result and set a new record by trying again in Level Up basketball training. By pushing yourself, basketball players will cultivate their shooting skills while honing their ability in under pressure situations.
