Coach Dan

Coach Dan Speaks:

Basketball players can sharpen their dribbling skills with the 2-Ball Front & Back Cross drills. To do this drill, basketball players should hold two basketballs and practice their front and rear crossover dribbles simultaneously. This means that one basketball should be crossed over in front of their body while the other is crossed over behind them. It is recommended to repeat these drills for 30 seconds at a time for two sets. By doing this drill, basketball players will improve their agility, footwork, coordination and ball handling skills.
