Coach Dan

Coach Dan Speaks:

Split jumps are a basketball-specific exercise that target the vertical leap muscles to increase explosiveness in overall performance. Start with one foot in front of the other in a lunge position and leap as high as possible by throwing your hands up and switching feet during the jump. Keep your balance throughout this basketball drill to maximize its effects; aim for 3 sets of 10 reps each with a 1-2 minute rest period in between. Take your basketball game to the next level with split jumps!
