Coach Dan

Coach Dan Speaks:

If you’re looking to hone your basketball shooting skills, a great drill is shovel passing. Begin by finding a wall and standing 5-10 feet away from it. Get into the square position with your back facing towards the wall. Dribble with your outside hand and "shovel" pass the basketball to the wall at chest level, aiming for the same spot every time. This drill helps with accuracy in basketball shooting and once you get used to it, you’ll be able to make passes that reach the exact spot on the wall each time!
