Working on basketball drills to improve your dribbling? A great way to start is by doing the Quick Feet Drill. Start by laying out 5 cones, or any other marker, on the ground, approximately 2-3 feet apart. Move forward as fast as possible while striking your right foot between the cones. When you reach the end, turn around and do the same thing with your left foot. To maximize efficiency of this drill, make sure you stay low and practice keeping an eye for coordination and quickness in motion.
