Coach Dan

Coach Dan Speaks:

Here’s a basketball drill to try out, called Pull-Ups with a Side Step. Start off by placing yourself about 10-15 feet away from the basketball hoop and begin dribbling. As you’re dribbling, gather your feet, take a nice big side step towards the basketball hoop using good balance and footwork technique, then shoot the basketball away from the defender. And don’t forget to focus on the mechanics when shooting. After 5 reps, switch sides and repeat for a few sets! With this drill, you’ll be able to improve your basketball skills in no time!
