Basketball drills such as practicing pull up’s with between the legs dribble is a great way to elevate basketball skills. This drill should be done from a distance of 10-15 feet from the basketball basket and then dribbling towards it. The ball handler has to gather his or her feet, go in between the legs, shoot the basketball and repeat for 5 times before switching sides. Doing this basketball drill regularly will help build confidence in basketball players and improve their performance.
