Coach Dan

Coach Dan Speaks:

This basketball drill is a great way to work on your ball-handling and defensive quickness. You have one minute on the clock and can use no more than two dribbles as you take off from the key. After the second dribble, execute a power stop quickly by planting both feet on the court in unison and keep your inside shoulder directed towards the defender to protect the basketball. Switch directions after every shot and try to score nine or ten within the time limit to perfect your basketball skills.
