Coach Dan

Coach Dan Speaks:

Performing basketball drills is an important part of basketball practice. A challenging drill is the body in the low square position, hard pound, in-n-out and then V-dribble in front of the body. To execute this drill, begin by getting into a low basketball position with your feet shoulder width apart and your arms crossed in front of your chest. From here, perform a series of hard pound dribbling moves with each hand before transitioning into an "in-n-out" move with both hands. Finally, go into a V-dribble to finish off the drill and bring the ball around your body before bringing it back up to chest height. This drill can help basketball players develop their control and coordination as well as their speed when dribbling the basketball.
