Coach Dan

Coach Dan Speaks:

To improve basketball shooting and ball handling, try this overhead passing drill. Start by standing 20-25 feet away from a wall and getting into the triple threat position. Then step forward, bring the basketball overhead, and snap it forward with as much force as you can. The basketball should hit the wall chest level or a little bit higher on impact. This drill is great for building consistency when shooting from further distances and an essential practice in basketball workouts.
