Coach Dan

Coach Dan Speaks:

Learning basketball can be daunting, but one of the best ways to sharpen your skills is honing the basics. A great basketball drill for beginners is starting out on the wing at the three point line with your left foot forward and dribbling the ball downhill to complete an overhand lay up. The key is to make sure you practice each lay up of the dribble 10 times on each side, switch it up and always stay focused. This basketball drill gives players novice or experienced great practice and can help turn even a struggling basketball player into a winner!
