To practice basketball shooting drills, begin by standing about 10-15 feet away from the basketball hoop. With a basketball in hand, get into a split stance and simultaneously dribble the ball. After two or three dribbles, pick up both feet and shoot with your dominant hand. Repeat this process five times before switching to the other side of the court to complete the same amount of basketball shots. This type of drill, aptly named Hesi Pull Ups, is great for honing one's basketball skills such as shooting accuracy and consistency.
