Coach Dan

Coach Dan Speaks:

If basketball is your game, this drill will be sure to step up your dribbling skills. Begin by lying down flat on the floor of basketball court and performing a classic sit up. As you move up, use one foot to move toward your body and make a figure four. From there, keep hands in front and settle into the half-kneeling position. This sequence repeated five times per side can work wonders in training the lower body while also improving body control with basketball handling. Try the Figure 4 sit ups into a half-kneeling position today to take your basketball game to the next level.
