Basketball shooting drills like the Dawkinns drill are a great way to hone your basketball skills. Playing by yourself or with a partner, you have one minute to take a jump shot from the baseline, rebound your own ball and shoot a free throw. Every successful attempt earns two points. You then sprint to the opposite basket and continue the process until the minute is up. The challenge is to beat either your own score or your opponent's every time you try it.
