Basketball players can amplify their dribbling skills by performing drills such as the Carioca Step. This drill involves setting up two cones, approximately half a step-length apart from each other and standing on either side of them. Then take your closest leg to the cones and crossed it over in the middle between them before repeating with your other leg. This exercise is an effective way to improve basketball players' ability to control and move quickly without their dribble.
