Coach Dan

Coach Dan Speaks:

Doing a simple basketball stretch can help to improve your vertical leap while giving your back and abdomen a deep, rejuvenating stretch. To do this, start by getting on your knees and bringing both hands up in the air. Push back with your glutes before gradually moving your upper body forward until it is aligned with your lower body. You should feel a gentle pull through your abdominals as the back of your legs are stretched deeply. Taking the time to do this basketball-inspired stretch will pay off significantly when you’re on the court, readying yourself for that intense vertical leap!
