Coach Dan

Coach Dan Speaks:

When trying to master basketball fundamentals, a great drill to start is by flipping the ball to yourself and catching it while in motion. You can then begin to dribble and come up with various lay up footwork of the catch. For example, sweep the basketball into a jump stop and then do the same foot, same hand lay up. Aim to complete this drill for ten reps each hand for maximum basketball improvement.
