Basketball dribbling drills come in many forms but one of the most effective is the Single Leg Lateral Jump. To do this drill, basketball players should start off by getting on one foot and bringing the other leg up while holding a basketball in front of them. From here they must push off to the side, before immediately pushing back to the starting position and striving to maintain their balance. This basketball drill requires strength and coordination and can help basketball players develop a good sense of agility on court.
