Coach Dan

Coach Dan Speaks:

For basketball players looking to improve their shooting accuracy, no drill is as effective as the short chest passing exercise. Start by finding a wall and planting yourself five to ten feet away from it. Next, assume the square position so your body remains stable with each rep and launch the basketball out at around chest level. For the next 20 basketball passes, try to hit the same spot on that wall every time while simultaneously moving as fast as you can. Keeping up this drill will surely sharpen up your basketball-shooting skills in no time!
