Coach Dan

Coach Dan Speaks:

If you want to improve your basketball shooting, the outside foot pivot and shot drill is an effective way to do so. Start at the free-throw line and plant one foot on the floor. Carefully spin outside twice, maintaining good balance and form. Once you’re back faced towards the basket, take your shot. Repeat for five shots from each foot and practice this drill several times per week in order to build consistency with basketball shooting. This drill will help to refine your outside shooting skills in no time!
