Basketball shooting drills can be a great way to practice your mid-range pull ups. When starting off, position yourself at the short wing with your back to the basketball. After the pass or self-pass, use an outside pivot to now face towards the basketball. Utilize an open step approach where you take one strong dribble towards the basketball and then launch into your mid-range pull up. By practicing these drills on a regular basis, players will eventually get comfortable making the shots in real game situations.
