The basketball drill known as the 'octopus drill' requires you to place cones at five spots around the 3pt line: corner, wing, top, wing, and corner. The drill starts under the basket and involves dribbling full speed with one hand around the first cone and finishing by shooting a basketball around the basket. After the basketball is rebounded, participants should move in a clockwise direction through all of the cones until completion. Once finished, switch hands and repeat this exercise in a counterclockwise direction. Try timing yourself to challenge your record each time you complete the drill.
