Place cones on the five spots around the 3pt line (corner, wing, top, wing, corner).
The drill starts under the basket. The player should dribble full speed around the first cone, only with a right hand, and finish around the basket.
After the rebound, do the same thing thru the next cone and so on. Once you are done with all the cones, switch hands and go the opposite way for another 5 shots. Time yourself. Try to beat your previous result every time
