Low Pick Up lay Up & Hand-off Dribbling Drill

Basketball dribbling drill.
  • Put 1 minute on clock.
    Start on top of the key and you can use no more than two dribbles.
  • To attack against the bigman use low pick up the ball after last dribble. After rebound you should make autopass, takes front or rear pivot and next attack.
  • Teach points: Switch direction after every shot.
    Try to score more then 8.

After every shot, switch directions and aim to score more than eight points in one minute.
