Coach Dan

Coach Dan Speaks:

Putting a minute on the clock and using basketball drills are essential for basketball players of any skill level. For this drill, start at the top of the key and you can use no more than two dribbles to attack against the bigman with a low pick up layup. After every shot, switch directions and aim to score more than eight points in one minute. Once you grab a rebound, make an autopass, take a front or rear pivot and then move forward with your next attack. With some practice, this tactical basketball drill will improve basketball skills and provide an intriguing challenge.
