Toe hops are an essential basketball skill used to increase a player’s vertical leap. Using this method, basketball players are able to easily gain several inches of elevation off the ground as they take off in a jump. Light hops on the toes help basketball players quickly develop power and strength that can be applied when they dunk or shoot. With enough practice and dedication, basketball players will find that their toe hops add extra centimeters to their jumps and enable them to reach never before seen heights!
