Coach Dan

Coach Dan Speaks:

Perfecting basketball layups with a basketball drill is a great way to improve your skills! To start, stand on the right side of the basket facing away from it and dribble the basketball around the block. When you reach the other side, take a step with your left foot forward and then shoot an overhand layup towards the backboard. If you manage to score ten times in a row, switch sides and repeat the drill for additional practice! Doing this regularly will increase your basketball prowess as you become more comfortable with 1-step layups.
