Coach Dan

Coach Dan Speaks:

Basketball drills can be a great way to practice your game and increase your basketball skills. Starting on the right wing, if you score or are rebounded make sure to relocate to the other wing. When rebounding you should make an autopass and then take a front pivot while working your basketball drill. To attack against the guard, use a high pick up lay up after doing your last dribble. It is important to begin in the triple threat position, so you can maximize your movements while also making sure that you are doing them as closely to game-speed as possible. By utilizing this basketball drill, you can work on various aspects of your play and hopefully improve upon them as much as possible.
